Nuwan Widyapathige is a multidisciplinary business leader and creative economy strategist with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning FMCG, finance, manufacturing, renewable energy, and cultural enterprise development.
As the Founder of Monaluma (Pvt) Ltd, he pioneers a new category of destination development that fuses heritage, creativity, sustainability, and investment — transforming Sri Lanka’s cultural assets into globally competitive, high-value ventures.
Nuwan’s vision is to position Sri Lanka as a Creative Economy Hub of South Asia — one where cultural storytelling, performance, design, and technology converge to drive sustainable tourism, foreign investment, and national brand value. Having led key businesses of some of Sri Lanka’s most respected corporates — including Unilever, Hemas, & Softlogic, — Nuwan combines business discipline with artistic vision. His work in the renewable energy sector reinforces Monaluma’s commitment to green infrastructure, low-carbon operations, and ESG-driven design, ensuring every project is built for both economic and environmental longevity.

Dr. Ravibandu Vidyapathy is one of Sri Lanka’s most respected performing-arts visionaries — a percussionist, choreographer, scholar, and creative director whose work bridges classical heritage and contemporary expression.
A third-generation artist from the legendary Vidyapathy family of drummers, Dr. Ravibandu has dedicated over four decades to reviving and reinterpreting Sri Lankan traditional performance on both local and international stages. His pioneering productions have been performed across Europe, Asia, and North America, earning acclaim for their fusion of ritual, rhythm, and theatrical storytelling.
A graduate of Kelaniya University and Monash University (Australia), he combines academic discipline with artistic intuition, and has represented Sri Lanka in numerous UNESCO cultural forums and global festivals.
